Compared to classic pumps, the efficiency of these new models has improved by 35%. Compared to the previous series, the dimensions have been improved and significantly reduced, and the noise level (reduced by 5 dB) and vibrations have been reduced by 50%.
Long life expectancy and no liquid leakage
There are no liquid leaks due to the absence of mechanical seals on the shaft. This characteristic guarantees the possibility of operating in total safety and with an extremely high expected life of the pump. These types of seal-less pumps are based on a magnetic coupling system.
High number of engines available
Sanso offers pumps paired with a variety of motors to suit individual requirements. As they manufacture the motors and control electronics in-house, they can guarantee significant flexibility and the capacity for bespoke customizations for each application. Additionally, some models provide the option for speed control using a 0-5V signal.

Applications for Sanso DC brushless pumps
There are various applications where Sanso magnetic drive centrifugal pumps can be used. For simplicity, the two series can be separated.
The first, with a 230V AC single-phase motor, is mainly used for the recirculation of seawater in the nautical field, for transferring water tanks or with non-aggressive or low % chemical products, for applications in the field of water treatment, for aquaculture in fish farms, for PCB cooling, for solar panel heating systems, for pumping ink in industrial printers, for pumping water in ice making machines and many other applications.
The second, with a DC brushless motor, is mainly used for cooling applications in various fields from medical to aesthetics up to industrial cooling and semiconductor cooling (Click here for further information), for water purification systems, for technical gas generators (hydrogen and oxygen), for Redox batteries and various other applications.
